Passing Judgment: Matt Dallas

Over on Popnography, Shana expressed her approval of Matt Dallas' "angle" at Golden Globes' "Young Hollywood" party -- "sort of a naughty older brother to Harry Potter, perhaps." We thought we'd weigh in on Mr. Dallas as well.

The cute and foppish styling is working for him here, and, if you're familiar with him from Kyle XY, you know he's always boyishly clean shaven, so the scruff he's got going is sexily refreshing. His outfit overall is perfectly "young Hollywood" -- casual but fashionable -- and we're totally gushing over the two-toned scarf. He's also ahead of the spring season curve with that navy blazer. Hint hint.
